The location is awesome, right near the interstate. The staff and maintenance is excellent! They listen and get things done! Very excited with all the new renovations. Put the apartment a bar above all the others. Lagniappe is really "something a little extra"!!!

Rhea is the reason I chose Lagniappe. With her living in the complex, I know that her no-nonsense an fair-minded approach will be close at hand BEFORE problems grow out of control. Also, when the exterior painting and the parking lot are completed, this will be a five-star property across the board.

I want to express my sincerest thanks to David and John who helped me tremendously today. When I moved into my new unit yesterday, my moving crew could not get my washer and dryer into the laundry closet. They said my machines were too big. I thought I might have to replace them. I mentioned my problem to the staff and luckily for me, David and John responded and took care of it. It was a bit of a tight fit, but they persevered and got my washer and dryer hooked up. This is just the latest example of top notch service since I've lived at Lagniappe. Thanks, guys!

This area is centrally located to the Promenade Mall, Parks, Keesler, and beach. Nice quiet place to live. The only issue seen is when it rains the parking lot holds water and breaking up the asphalt causing holes that can possible expand. Overall gated and great living.

I have just moved into a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment at this secluded property. I have to be honest and say that I LOVE IT. The office staff is extremely caring, personable, and makes me feel like more than a mere resident. This was especially important to me seeing as I moved down here from NC knowing no one. They made moving a breeze and gave me an awesome special on my rent. Affordability, great location, and management who cares. Need I say more?

This is a wonderful place to live! The Pool is always beautiful and grounds are kept really well. I love all the space in my 3 bedroom, Its perfect for my family! Plus the people in the office are really personable and helpful.
